  11. kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the 
  12. quality and performance of the software is with you. Should 
  13. the software prove defective, you assume the cost of all 
  14. necessary servicing, repair, or correction. In no event shall 
  15. the author, copyright holder, or any other party who may 
  16. redistribute the software be liable to you for damages, 
  17. including any general, special, incidental, or consequential 
  18. damages arising out of the use or inability to use the 
  19. software (including, but not limited to, loss of data, data
